Dielco was selected to be the general contractor for the design, assembly and construction of our new Steam generation plant located at our Centre Branch location. They supported our project in its entirety as we transitioned from London District Energy steam service to generating our own steam. This included a renovation of all our hot water heating systems and a conversion of numerous systems to a new electronic standard. Dielco delivered an outstanding quality of workmanship and met all project deliverables within schedule, budget and workscope.
Our project team was really impressed with the prompt and quality workmanship provided by Dielco throughout the entire project. Our project required a lot of interaction with the public and our staff team during operating hours of our YMCA.
